Since I find blogs with pictures more interesting than blogs without pictures, here's a picture of me taken last summer in New York, sitting on Rachel's dad's motorcycle. I never left the place where it was parked, partly because I couldn't see over the handlebars.

I was trying to distract Sam from something naughty that she was doing by showing her this picture of you. Then I remembered her recent obsession with wanting to ride a motorcycle and decided that if she saw her Aunt Megan doing it, she might throw that in my face someday. But by the time I processed this thought and started to distract her with something else, she was already saying, "Try it, bike! Try it, bike!" So thank you. Even though you're miles away, your influence is still felt in our lives.
