Snickerdoodle Cupcakes

I don't have much to say about these cupcakes. I love the cookies, and these are reminiscent of the cookies, only they have the added benefit of Seven-Minute frosting. My ward puts on a Christmas program every year for the stake, which happened between our ward block and the First Presidency Christmas Devotional. I made these so the people in the choir would have something to eat in between, since there wasn't time between church and the program to go home and have dinner. Unbeknownst to me, they were serving refreshments after the program, and my cupcakes got mixed in with those. Oh, well.
